Chaco Canyon Organic Café is a vibrant, ecologically- sound slice of heaven in Seattle's University District. We are approximately 80-90% organic from top to bottom - proudly one of the few cafés in the nation that can make this claim.

Set in a warm Southwestern décor, our mission is to provide delicious organic sustenance for a wide variety of needs and individual tastes. From raw and vegan food, to living juice, wheatgrass and smoothies, espresso, coffee and teas, as well as baked goods, we have something to satisfy your craving for delicious, healthy food and drink!
